The client wanted to introduce a ‘Humble Journal’ blog to educate and inspire customers about living a sustainable lifestyle. She wanted the tone to be encouraging and kind rather than preachy or fear-inducing.
What I Did
Using an editorial calendar that the client and I collaborated on, I created a series of encouraging blog posts about sustainable fabrics and lifestyle tips geared toward eco-conscious families. I avoided words and phrases that mentioned the negative side of fashion’s environmental impact to keep the tone positive and aspirational, focusing instead on the benefits of sustainable fashion and home practices.
